Travelling to this city was a great experience. We had a comfortable stay at a hotel with great staff. The best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, the clean room with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, and the convenient location near business areas and tourist attractions. There was nothing negative to be said.

This hotel is fairly priced for what it provides; simple no frills and convenient. Coffee is good, but only have it at breakfast, otherwise its expensive! Beds are clean and comfortable.
The tv channels are somewhat limited for western travellers. No good news channels.

The restaurant is within walking distance from the hotel, which was close to the airport and our stay was enjoyable here.

The hotel is located some distance from the main road surrounded by dirt and rubbish. Absolutely unprofessional staff at the reception, we wanted to book a taxi to the airport and we were told that a taxi is coming up for 2 hours. and so we were forced to go with your luggage on the main road and stopnou to one of the countless taxi.Špinavá purchased, stains on the mirror, used hotel cosmetics, ants in the room. Breakfast catastrophic-only local dishes offered only to foreigners, toasted bread and bad butter.

The location of the hotel is not ideal for low, budget travelers as it is not near any malls or decent shops by foot. there are options to reach the city center easily by public transport.
One negative aspect of the hotel mentioned in the reviews is the noise coming from outside, especially in the rooms facing the alley. This can be disruptive for light sleepers or those seeking a quiet stay.

Complement for this hotel is polite and soft spoken staff.
Basic facilities such as fridge, hair dryer are not provide. Cup and saucer need to be rented from kitchen as told by staff.

Very Clean. Good Breakfast. Polite Staff. Good A/C. Good value for the money. I would stay here again if I came back to Jakarta.
Their laundry service is grossly overpriced.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a comfortable big bed. I loved that there was a sofa in the room where I could relax and unwind. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was also located within walking distance to a mall, which was very convenient.
All was good, no improvements needed.

This is more of a business hotel than we were looking for.
We wanted to be with other backpackers. This location is not great. Even the taxi drivers had never heard of it.
